Technical Co-Pilot

“We are a trusted tech delivery partner, embedded in your business, who guide, build and put out fires.”

01

The situation

You did everything the playbook told you to. You raised the money, you hired the developers, and you pointed all of it at the roadmap. Three people now, where there used to be one. By every number you’d been taught to watch, you were scaling.

Months on, the roadmap has barely moved. The three of them deliver about what the first one did alone, and the burn has tripled to get there. Something is wrong, and it isn’t laziness and it isn’t talent, because you hired well.

02

What we find

When we come in to find out why, we almost never find the answer in the code. We find three good developers pulling in three directions, re-deciding the same things week after week, each one waiting on another or on you. We find a roadmap that is really a wish list, or a founder who has accidentally become the bottleneck for every decision. We find a vendor building whatever suits them instead of what was agreed, or one that never quite delivers what you ask for. The work was never the problem. The coordination was.

03

How we work

That is what we fix, and we fix it from the inside. We do not hand you a report and leave you to act on it. We sit in the team as the engineering lead you cannot yet justify hiring full-time, and we put back the things that were missing. One ranked list of what actually matters. Decisions written down so they stop being argued twice. A single owner on every piece of work, and a weekly rhythm the team can keep long after we have gone. We lead them through it while the pressure is real, then we make ourselves unnecessary, on purpose.

We do all of it through a founder’s eyes. We are independent, so there is no software to sell you and no reason to pad the work. We weigh every task the way you do, against what it returns and what it costs to chase, because a fortnight spent polishing a feature nobody asked for is a fortnight of runway you never get back. We spend your money as if it were our own.

04

What you get back

What you get back is a business that moves again. Delivery you can predict, a roadmap you can promise against, a team that ships without all-nighters, and your own head back, because not every decision runs through you anymore. Usually within a fortnight or two.

05

Where to start

The first step is small. A Clarity Day to name the real problem in plain English, a Two-Week Deep Dive to install the fix and hand it over, and a Fractional CTO if you want us to stay close. Clear deliverables, a way out at every step, and if we finish early, you keep the change.
