Privacy Policy
Last updated 31 August 2026
Faceless Creative is the trading name of Clifford Broadbent, ABN 58 173 493 596, based in Queensland, Australia. This policy explains what personal information this site collects, why, and what happens to it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- When you start a conversation with us: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, your message, and any details the form asks about your situation.
- When you download a guide: your email address.
- When you use the Risk Assessment tool: your email address, your answers about your business, and the result we calculate from them.
- Automatically: the IP address a request comes from is recorded in server logs, stored with download and assessment requests, and used for rate limiting to keep the site secure.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, send you the guide or report you asked for, acknowledge urgent requests, call or message you when you have given us a phone number for that purpose, keep the site secure, and understand how the site is used. Download links expire after 24 hours and report links after 7 days.
We do not run a mailing list and we do not send marketing email. The only emails you receive from us are the ones you ask for.
Analytics and your browser
We use PostHog, hosted on servers in the European Union, to understand how visitors use the site: pages visited, interactions, and general device information. PostHog sets cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.
The site also stores small conveniences in your browser’s local storage: the email address you enter for a download is remembered for 12 hours, and your display preference is kept. You can clear all of this in your browser settings at any time.
Who we share it with
The service providers that host the site, store its database and deliver our email, plus PostHog for analytics. We do not sell personal information, and we only disclose it beyond these providers where the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only while we need it for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: start a conversation. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page.
